The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in an accounting role and a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field. Knowledge of accounting software, such as the software of Epsilon Net, is a plus.

Job Description :

As the station manager for our station in Athens, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the station. This includes managing the rental agents and ensuring that they provide excellent customer service to our clients. You will also be responsible for managing the station’s budget and ensuring that it is profitable. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow the station’s business, such as by identifying new potential clients and negotiating rental agreements with them.

Qualifications :

1. Strong communication skills both in Greek and English language : A station manager will need to be able to effectively communicate with clients and other stakeholders, both in person and through written communication. This may involve listening to their needs and concerns, explaining the company’s services and policies, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
2. Customer service skills: A station manager will need to have strong customer service skills, as their primary role is to ensure that clients are satisfied with the company’s services. This may involve responding to inquiries, addressing complaints, and providing support and assistance to clients.
3. Sales and negotiation skills: A station manager will need to be skilled at sales and negotiation, as they will be responsible for securing new business and renewing existing contracts. This may involve identifying potential clients, making presentations, and negotiating terms and conditions.
4. Organizational skills: A station manager will need to be organized and efficient, as they will be responsible for managing multiple client relationships and coordinating with other departments within the company. This may involve maintaining accurate records, setting priorities, and managing time effectively.
